Thank you, I was and guess still wondering if they will jump another gen-set. Also I'll have to check and see what pin configuration I have. Hope that will be obvious. Also is there just one type of slave cable or are there other configurations beside single/double pin.

I now have 2 gen sets mep 002a & 803a! Considering purchasing slave cable to jump start either! Will that work and what am I looking for in part # and or description? As always thanks

Had sane or similar problems with my newest 803a rebuild from LetterKenny! Ttrailer mounted & it had never been grounded! Ran #2 wire from G lug to the trailer frame ground post, and everything works. This might be redundant Intel have not read all the post yet. Just my 21/2 cents 😎

So I was able to use a 2x2 under the bracket and it will work to secure the Wally group 26 batteries.

Pics Will probably modify and give the Wally Values a try, seeing I have another solar pulse tender. On landline computer now, could not download photo's yesterday from my smart phone that I'm not smart enough to use, but sure keeps me humble. Thanks for the the help and conversations...

Just successfully recovered my first 803-a 10k from letterkenny. Beautiful reset from 2012. Works great. Curious to know if there is a constant draw of 24volts on the batteries, similar as my mep 002 & 003? As Always, thanks for the intel!!

I find myself doing same and or similar, just not paying what the Govt paid for OEM parts. I'm glad we can purchase military spec and built equipment and get them up and running. I know my family is good to go.:jumpin: I do appreciate everyone's help and assistance!!!!! Bob
