    Doghead: Existing 18" hose was replaced with 3', 1-1/4" hose to eliminate oil being splashed on the way back home from Gilbert. Oil will be analyzed to see if any fuel, etc. is in it, and go from there. Thanks for your reply.

    Anyone have suggestions as to what is causing large amount of oil to be blown out of the breather? Covered passenger side of M35A2 on a 200 mile highway trip. Engine has 7800 miles, refurbished by Army in 1991.
