The back side of the bolt is open it will be easier to drill them out, if i can drill them without messing up the threads i will run a tap thru and be good to go but I normally miss and get into the threads (old and cant see even with glasses) at least there is room on these...

It works,, but you have to heat it a long time and its 50/50 if its going to break or come out. Definitely not as easy as a show of the videos
