well i cracked the nut at that runs into the injection pump from the filters...has fuel, cracked it at the injection pump to an injector...nothing. looks like the injection pump is bad.
well the fuel shutoff rod was fine, and everything moves fluidly in there. however i cracked the nuts on each injector...and got no fuel.
it's issue is fuel related, i know that 100%. but at this point i'm losing my patience.
and don't take my replies wrong. the wife has been pissing me off since i got the duece... so if i seem short in any of my replies, i appologize. women + 115 degree's in the sun = a bad day.

i didn't drain the oil yet. it turns over fine for the first little bit then slows down. i have no intentions of changing 5? gallons of oil from a nonrunning vehicle.
you...have to hook them in 24v series...theres no other way to do it.
well thats another issue...i can't get it to crank for more than.... 6 seconds? at a decent rate then it kills most battery's!!! even the battery's out of my powerstroke couldn't handle it.
i assume it's the little rod that has a cable connected to it going in to the engine stop lever? mine pulls in/out smoothly (visually), could it still be clogged inside?
well i got the turbo free'd up, drained the old diesel and added new stuff, bled the air at the injector pump bleeder, but she just won't fire. i gave it a shot of ether (i know...i know), and it did the typical angry diesel noises (so it will fire), i'm assuming it's just not getting fuel...
i think they just went by the first 2 numbers (excluding 0) in the serial number, as the year. either way it's titled as a '52 jeep...thats all it says on the title, should be a breeze to register it, and being it says 1952..no emissions! (pre 67 in az)
