    M923A2 Won't Stop Building Air

Wipers do not work. I have not serviced air dryer as I'm still in troubleshooting phase. I have not searched PPV as I'm 25 miles away from a computer and I'm borrowing a phone to answer responses. I post here to get quick help as I'm sorta in a bind being here away from home with the luxury of...

    M923A2 Won't Stop Building Air

So this morning I go outside and of course I'm having the same problem :( Is the PPV valve on the passenger side just before one of the air tanks? It's like a taller cylinder piece?

Hello All! I drove the truck on Christmas Day with no problems, everything ran just fine. Today I went to go excerise her again and I noticed that the primary and secondary tanks were both reading 150+. I never even got a chance to leave :( I'm wondering if you guys think the culprit is the...

So I've noticed recently that when the parking brake is released (the handle all the way down). I can still hear the high pitched tone of low air buzzer/parking brake is still on. The light on the dash is not flashing or steady on and the brake is off. I have traced the wires and I don't see...

M923A2 regulating the modulator on the radiator fan..

On mine I have not seen it move. It moves very freely when you move it by hand. As in you can rotate it and it will keep spinning, its like it has no resistance. I'm going to try the 1500RPM thing later today and will let you know what I find. I drove it for 80 miles and the temps were around...

I'm not seeing my fan turn on at all? I have a M923A2 and I can't seem to find any info on it. I see a lot of topics about the A1 and checking air lines etc. but I don't see any of that? My temp gauge shows about 180-190 while driving. I don't hear the fan come on and everytime I look at it...

Checking air in tires on a M923A2

CTIS comes on and highway setting flashes. I'm pretty sure the CTIS is working. The valves on the ctis look just like normal tire valves. I'm able to check and add air to my A3 with no issues. That's why I'm scratching my head.
