hmm,i think i can weld on that hood pivot and extra metal on sides to match it but it would make difference to get new front shocks(anyone know # number?) and install donvel axle suspension between springs and chassis.

i thought about it and made conclusion that i might dont even need any tcm reflashing as 4500 allison all nearly the same ,idle 500-800 and shifts up to 2300rpm.why would i consider rear end ratio.if its off 400-500hp engine and than it should match straight forwards with little bit weird shifts...

also,do you think i can rebuild engine to 600 hp later on,cant find specs for 7155

Threaaad after thread,:tank::tank::tank: Found out allison 4xxx series have 6 gears which will drop rpm to 1800 or 2100 and 70mph,per local allison dealer they can swap it out but not sure if it will work. as far as i understand , i have to put on 1.actual transmission with matching bellhousing...

as you said connector was corroded badly,replaced now all lights work as they should ,thank you guys,i doubt i would resolve without this forum.i owe 24 pack :grd:

is it possible that dimmer is gone ?ill take it apart now,other than that i dont see where else it could be as i opened headlight bulbs and cleaned all wires off rust inside it.replaced main switch.Do you know that dimmer part number? PS. i havent seen headlights circuit breaker relay inside...
