Yes, indeed.
That vid was pretty tight and clear.
The one thing I can't figure out is:
- Why isn't the "spear point" at the intake symmetrical (when everything else about the engine and the nacelle IS)?
It looks "off" by just the littlest bit. But, why?
Of course, it would be nice if the manufacturer simply labelled the "Front".
But for some reason that is typically asking too much.
Sometimes, it's likely to drive a body to drink.
But once everything dried out over time, all the connections would be restored, right?
Just wondering, because i had a buddy in the neighborhood where I grew up who drove an old VW bug.
And every now and then that car just wouldn't start (not even with a courtesy rolling "push" from one of us...
I found a reference to Hannah Reitsch and her test pilot flying of the Gigante (as it was called).
It's the last post (by a guy named Root66), in this thread attached:

We had (2) B-17's fly low over the D.C. area a couple years back.
I was on Memorial Bridge at the time (behind the Lincoln Memorial in the vid background).
The vid doesn't capture at all the thrill of hearing those (4) 1,200 HP engines overhead. It was killer!
