Bid on this truck while I was bored offshore and ended up winng the auction. Its the first thing I have bought on gl so I was a bit nervous about the process...especially bidding on it without checking it out. Well I feel like I got lucky this time, the truck is nicer than I expected! Zero...
after selling my deuce a few years back I really missed having a big old truck.... so I bought a bigger one! truck runs/drives as it should, which is way better than my old deuce. only thing that doesn't work is the ctis....which from what I read is pretty common. just going to paint it and...

not thread worthy yet but may 1 2010 is the wheelers for the wounded run in marble falls at hidden falls adventure park. which is a shorter drive for some...

if your concerned about mileage........you chose the wrong truck. same as if you chose the truck to go offroad or to be easy to park at wal...
if your wanting to learn the 400 is a good one to start with. its pretty easy if you pay attention and keep it clean. throw out your red shop rags and have plenty of brake cleaner on hand. and rebuild kits should be around 100 bucks.
in my old tow rig i was hauling it on my trailer and it almost fell off......
could have had something to do with the wheel/tire combo that i hit head on at highway speed that came from an oncoming truck..... or the guardrail that tre trailer hit. so i guess it would take a lot for it to come...
or is it more of a haul rig? :twisted:
dont plan on driving it like this...much...dont want to get run over by my cargo in an accident :oops: but just had to try it.

i only looked a few places at trucks.....but most of the trucks i had found from ft hood had been lifted by a forklift so they were worse off than i liked. the good news is parts seem to be plentiful around here. but hopefully i wont need many. :roll:
