Is anyone from the No.VA/MD/So.PA area going down to the GA rally later in October? I have 4-6 geared lug nut wrenches that may need a ride down there, seeing if someone could spare a little room. Meeting around the I-81/I-66 intersection, or thereabouts.

Syndi and I only had a chance to stop in and attend the rally on Saturday, the one day that was probably on and off drizzling the whole day. Went on a couple trail rides with Kevin and his CJ-8, slipped and slid around on the trails until the crew decided to quit for the day for safety reasons...

I will be bringing the last of my geared lug nut wrench sets, I have only about 9-10 sets left. I also will have ammo cans, wood crates, radio odds and ends, some misc. radio/antenna/KY-57 cables, and lots of misc. surplus items. Stop by my spot, NE side against the fence where I normally...

Looking for CUCV M1009.

Me and my daughter will be there again just for Saturday, thumbing a ride as usual - as I posted in another thread, I'm once again in the market for a CUCV, but not there yet. Always looking forward to the usual suspects! And Cabell's BBQ!

Probably be going up there early Friday morning, rolling in at dawn. Not in an MV again, in the market for another one, but no dice yet.

I will plan on being there, if the date is mid-late Oct. Shopping for a CUCV now, hope to have one by then.

Welcome to the site, from Virginia. First thing I'd do it check all the fluids, change the oil and filter but the rest of the fluids just make sure the fluid looks and smells right, and is at the proper level. Check belts, hoses, air filter and lights. The rest of the major checks will be...

Great job making her look like new! It's sad to me how so many of the trailers have been hacked with a rear tailgate, it is useful to have, but in many cases it's more trouble than it's worth to put it back original.
