Positive camber was very high on my hmmwv prior to alignment. Front is in spec now, rear is still 1 degree positive with no shims unfortunately.

RTV.
Torque to spec.
Good time to inspect all bearings and retorque spindle to spec. New washer required and lube

Pulling the PTO for sale. Frame clearance is too tight to remove it from the mounting studs. Suggestions for removal without having to pull engine and transmission for access?

Replaced hub output seal.
Adjusted hub bearings to spec with new washer and loctite.
Checked drive gear end play, in spec.
Completed re-booting 7.5k shaft.
Test drive to grub hut for a burger. [emoji106]

Used “pipe trick” method to separate hub side CV joint. Used (2) 1x4 pieces of lumber under the CV from either side and some gravity assisted hits. It only took 3 hits.
Now re-greasing and booting the shaft.
