    HMMWV headlight issues?

I think he was referring to the Operators Manual. It is really a must read for all new MV owners. It helps explain what all the switches, dials, indicator lights and bells and whistles are for the trucks. The Operators Manual explains how to use the three-lever light switch. There is more to it...

If you are up for the challenge, go for it. We already have one for the late model AF Deuces as they where not in CARNACs Army system

I hate copper thieves, especially when they have wire cutters and access to an -004a

I don't think the wires are copper. I think they are steel. No money in that.

    PRESSURE is DANGEROUS

Just watch John Wayne in He!! Fighters. It will scare you. I work the oil patch back in the early eighties as a roustabout. While I didn't work on the rigs, I saw plenty of aftermath from blowouts

    48V electrical systems?

The alternator does not have a voltage regulator. The faster you spin it the higher the higher the voltage. There are some youtube videos showing it being used in off-grid applications.

Street -legalizing Humvees - Is this true?

Once again. read the HMMWV stickies concerning titles and SF-97s. Until the DLA changes their minds on the "OFF-ROAD" use only restriction, all the stuff you hear on the internet is just BS. This applies to the USA. (No idea how other countries will handle them). Thank you Jwade for you input...
