    Need Hawk501 Parts

Wow, you're like the 2nd guy in a week who needed info/parts for the XM501. Weird... Good luck in your search, they are hard to find....

    pdf manual for M101 howtizer

HA! I can't weld my way out of a paper bag. I'd like to own a replica for the Vietnam display someday. There are a couple guys doing them today, but $$$. Wanted it more to see how a simple howitzer works and its stats. Short of watching some rounds get fired, I didn't get the chance to...

    refinishing a PRC-77

Did another one, this was a PRC-25. Had to replace one module that was a little flaky (the A25 RX module) but everything else was just test, calibrate and repaint. I did it in CARC green, most -25s were 24087 originally, but I had the paint and it looks good. This one I did the front panel...

    pdf manual for M101 howtizer

Yeah, I saw those, but those don't help. Sometimes these manuals on LOGSA are unclassified, then the restrict them if the newer versions have stuff in it that they want to protect. Sometimes it goes the other way, and things get declassified. I downloaded some manuals 10 years ago from that...

    pdf manual for M101 howtizer

Does anyone have a .pdf copy of the operator's manual for the M101 howitzer? That's the 105mm one that served from WWII until the 1980s.

    military warehouse trailer

Was planning on using it as an ATV trailer, but with a custom deck (the stock deck would either be cut off or added to).

    MVPA convention August 2011

Is anyone here planning on attending the National Convention early in August? Not sure if I'm going yet or not, but this is the closest it's been to me since the VA one about 10 years back. Would love to go, heard the Nationals is an awesome event.... Also, are there any decent yards or...

    M674 Lowboy?

Ask the site rep to take a picture of the military data plate for you. If they can't find one, my guess is its a civilian trailer that the seller thinks is military for some reason.

    M674 Lowboy?

Definitely NOT a M172 lowboy, nor a M269/270 lowboy either. I think that is a rare bird, it could be what he says it is, I can't find anything in DDoyle's book that says otherwise...

    M674 Lowboy?

Looking up on them internets, I found that the M674 is the following: M674 Semitrailer, low-bed, 15-ton, 4-wheel, Nike missile system Being that this was specific for the Nike missile system, there are going to be very few of them out there. Have you looked up info on the M172 lowboy...

    Geared Lug Wrench

Kohburn, that tool looks pretty neat, but if it don't say "Made in the USA" you know where it is made. That means I don't buy it. I don't want to start another China tools thread, please, just my two cents on the issue. However, if I could find something like that made by people here at...

    Geared Lug Wrench

The geared lug wrench only works with the rear duals on the deuce (and the 5-ton, etc). Won't work on the front wheels, or trailers that are single wheel. If you can't get the wheel off with a normal Budd wrench and a 3-foot bar, you need an impact wrench.

    2011 Haspin pic/video thread

Well, wasn't lucky enough to come this year, but the least I can do is start the picture thread for everyone who was a participant. If you got pics from the big event, post them here! A pic from last year to get us started!

    Saw these Unimogs

For those interested in getting a SEE, be advised - emmado22 here used to have those in his unit and said they were maintenance nightmares, due to the amount of hydraulic lines and other mechanicals taking up every available space in the engine bay. If you line wrenching in tight spots, this...

Hey where is the best place to buy shocks and windshields for a m37?

Got the NAPA part number for M37 shocks? I stopped by today to get a price, after I said what it was for the gent behind the counter looked up at me and said "oh, it's you again." They know I ask for weird stuff they can't find.

maintenance weekend for 2011 Graves Mtn rally

July 4th weekend will be the next maintenance weekend. Just some light trail work and mapping are required. We will primarily be using GPS to map a new trail, for the day workers to cut with dozers and saws during the weeks prior to the event.

    1951 m38

I was going to help make some recommendations, but it's hard to beat the thread index that clinto has compiled. Nice M38!
