One thing I noticed is that the CUCV has the 8-bolt wheels, and the M101 trailer has the older M37-style 5-bolt wheels. He will need to upgrade the trailer to the 8-bolt axle in order to haul only one spare tire, otherwise he will need to carry one for the CUCV and one for the trailer.

I have seen plows put on deuces and 5-tons, and the amount of structure that has to be added to the lower front frame area to support the plow setup isn't worth the effort, in my mind. Get a civvy plow truck and be happy. Trust me, you will be happy.

You might also want to put a nice thick bead of silicone or bedliner in the drip rail after you paint it. Put the bead down, then use a junk spoon or your thumb to smooth the bead into the bottom of the drip rail. Should help wick the moisture away from the drip rail area, and prevent further...
