Ah, there's the "Queen of the double wide trailer" that Sammy Kershaw was talking about. See the crown?
God that pic makes me want to barf!
Good solution amx, drink holder for rider and driver....
This is something I will definitely have to do here in the near future. While the master cylinder location makes sense from an engineering perspective, up and out of the way so it can't be damaged by underbrush or rocks, it does not make for easy checking of the fluid level. Only problem is...
The problem turned out to be an overfilled radiator, and a clogged overflow tube. When the coolant heated up, the excess coolant had nowhere to go except to "pop" through the radiator cap, and dribble out, the fan blades took care of distributing the coolant all over the place and out the side...
Indiana is a LONG way from RC. But, that only proves your dedication!
I like the new location, closer to me, less time to drive to get to where I'm going. I average about 57 mph in the truck, plan on heading straight north on I-81, about 3 hours for me. 10am is a good meeting time.
My little post was a joke on myself, from when I used to post auction info prior to an auction, and people would reply "now I'll never get it for $50". I spoke in jest, and you thought I was serious. C'mon, you really think that I thought I was going to get that truck for minimum bid?
IMHO, it doesn't look like it's in that great a shape to restore by itself, but there are lots of early WC owners out there that would LOVE the parts source.
Is that a M211 bumper on that beast?
Any updates on this? C'mon, we need to drool some more!
RE: For Sale on Jacksonville FL Craig
The M56 was a chassis version of the M37, looks like they dropped a -37 bed on it and didn't care about the gap. It could also have been a maintenance bodied truck as well.
