Mine fires up great in the cold, that's on at LEAST 50/50 diesel WMO mix, there may be more WMO than diesel, I never measure. She smokes a bit but usually fires within 3 seconds. I usually turn the master power on for about 20 secs before trying to crank her over, I believe there's a small fuel...
Well, we have alot of topics here, alot of threads on what mods people have made, and alot of threads of people just having fun. I wanna start this thread for anyone to post any kind of "action shot" you have of your green iron. It could include parades, working, or just simply out and about...
Seems like you have a good plan, fill the main tank with diesel, purge as far as you can. And try to get her running.
Here's what I would do, just so you know you have good diesel
1. Drain tank, fill with diesel
2. Take off 1st fuel filter, leave it off
3. Turn in tank pump on, push all the...
Very good looking truck!! Looks like it rolled outta the factory yesterday!! Personally I like the green that it is.
As for additions, mine have been for pure safety since these trucks ain't the fastest. I added a strobe on top for when I'm on the highway doing 50 in the 65 mph area haha also I...
Cool setups, last time I was at Coleman's I was looking at these trying to figure out if I wanted to do this mod. Is the stock deuce shift nob threaded on though? I've tried a million time to unscrew it and it won't budge, I've never taken tools to it though. I figure once I'm ready to do this...
Hello all!!
I have a question to anyone in the Fort Meade Area. I am very interested in getting one of the 3/4 ton or 1.5 ton trailers that are going up for auction there shortly. I figure there are enough of them to keep prices down (hopefully:roll:) the only problem is with my new job I'm...
There's some good videos on YouTube of the Raw Power Centrifuge, They seem to make a good product, never did much research into the wolverine One. I agree it would be very interesting to do a true side by side comparison.
I decided when i get the extra cash im going for the raw power fuge'. im...
Just my .02 cents here, if there was junk blocking your heater core then you might want to consider flushing the whole system, that probably means there is junk in your radiator also. And you might risk the chance of blocking your heater core back up. Plus clean coolant may give you better heat...
Lots of WD40!!! I know a place locally that sells it by the gallon!!!! Lol, most tools you need are just standard nothing special socket set, plus the 3/4 set.
Thanks you for the offer, How long are you from Atlanta Ga? i know what mapquest says is not always correct. I am down here in McDonough GA until the 18th for training with Norfolk Southern. I could use some spares, especially since the next deuce im looking at purchasing has singles on the back...
Yes But on the same proncipal as the engine air intake, on the deuce the heater intake has the scoop, so in theory it's getting air pushed through the system right?? It would seem that moving the heater intake inside (losing the scoop and already movin air) would make the heater less effective...
