We used to reuse copper washers in my former life and I would see sealing problems due to work hardening. I would take the used washer and heat it to red and quench. Clean it up and use it. If you want to use American but you cant find it then reuse your old one. If it is pitted there are shops...
Ok, something else I built. This little trailer is so I dont have to pick this generator up everytime I need to move it. And yes I can pick up one end and pull it on a shop cart or the pickup.
Try and shoot some penetrating oil in it too. I hooked a hydraulic power pack to a grease gun coupler and shot hydraulic oil into one. Or you could buy one of those grease busters.
I dont do pretty, I build things to do what I need at the moment. A dollie to move a bed and a set of forks for my TO20 to move the things I cant now. Scrap trailers from pickup trucks, fixtures to hold things to weld. An A-frame for my chain hoist.
I was just out looking and they arent as critical as I thought, I'll just hold em close and mark 'em. But thank you for the offer. I'd still like to find a print but more for my personal pile.
Does anyone know where the drawings for the M35a2 wood isolators that go between the bed and the frame would be? I've looked and didnt find it in the TM's. Mine are trashed would like to make new ones and guess I could measure the frame. Would still like a drawing though.
