I learned the hard way, what ever you do, do not heat the studs if you are having difficulty removing nuts off the studs, it could cause death or serious disability right then or later.

That front extension looks more stronger then rest of the truck, will you please tell me what did the machine shop charged you for making the inner frame and what kind of steel did you use, I also am planing to extend a frame. Did you also drilled your holes, that's a lot of holes, how long did...

That's a nice fabrication, did you do it or did you get it fabbed? I am sure it takes a hefty equipment to process that kind of steel, especially cuts are nice.

TornadoGT I envy your measuring skills on round pipes, that exhaust fits like a glove, but my project is bit more complicated than that, and hopefully I will try to post a pic on details of what I am building soon.. But I need to bring that pipe forward of cab even if I have to go around the...
