The Waiting was not an issue, the lack of any info is the issue. basically they are telling me they got rid of it and deleted the records. They can open a file on me all the want, there is not much to be known about me and none of it bad, truly a waist of resources.
Just got my FOIA response today, I sent in my request July 5, 2020, for a vehicle purchased June 10 2020. After a couple of months I spoke to the person who was sending monthly updates via email. I was informed the the "agency" that had my vehicle was not responding to requests for documentation...
major bend or just a bit of an angle? I don't have one at all and around here going anywhere is 50 mile one way trip as cold as it is right now I have no desire to road side change a tire if I could avoid it. Sure would like to get one of these, or a reasonable homemade one. Thanks for the size...
For those of us that live in the middle of nowhere and have to order everything...What diameter all thread?
I need this, I don't have a wrecker to get me home if I run out of spare tires...
I am really enjoying all this information and discussion. I am doing this kind of build but on a heavier truck -MTVR. I am hoping to use the stock military bed as it has a torsion system built into it. Since I know some what less then nothing about all this kind of thing I want to thank you all...
I notice in other areas people talking about the 35-45 MPH lope or how ever you would describe the wobble as the truck transits that speed range. I felt somewhat assured that apparently they all do this, Prior to that I was convinced I had a tire that was wonky.
Has any one noticed if that...
Went for a 100 mile round trip today to get the title (VIN inspection required) and the plates! Road was coated with inch or more ice, had to wait for 30-40 minutes on the interstate while they cleared a jack knife semi, multiple roll overs and people taking a digger in the ditch. I now KNOW the...
I would take it back if I could, we are about to dry up and blow away here. Missed something like half of our normal for moisture for the year, we didn't burn this year cause nothing really grew.
Truly cold start video... -2F/-19C It struggled a bit but it ran and started with only one attempt to start. The camera that recorded this really struggled with the audio levels...
Operation cold start
So far I have three and they are pretty tight, mere slits about 3-4 inches long in one area like gills on the sidewall. I will have to get off my but and get the socket I need for them lug nuts now.
I also scored these for spare maybe better then 50% tread left. Thanks to another JonM934 I have two spare rims with 10-20% tread tires on them for spares, trying to decide if I want to remount the used Michelins on the rims and hold the other tires, put the Goodyear on a rim and keep it on the...
I am looking at the 2 tires commonly available and wondering is there any difference? can you mix and match? Why is it I can find the Goodyear's to buy new but not the Michelin's and so on. I recently got my mk23 and want to get it fixed up with a set of tires of similar quality. The ones that...
I put my M715 and trailer to work once a year...tow trips a winters worth of firewood. The stack is just what the trailer holds alone.
Second photo both are loaded.
