My deuce came with a bridge place bracket, but no numbers. (See avatar) Can someone recommend a place to purchase a set of bridge plate numbers? From reading previous threads here, it looks like I need a set of 10 numbers. 5 on each side to keep them properly secured, or do I just need the 0 & 8...

Some people are over sensitive about GL. You pay $2500 for a truck and expect it to have everything? Maybe I'm a little desensitized to such stuff, but you are lucky to find a truck that runs around here for that price.

Called Olympic Controls today and talked to Dave. He was very helpful in identifying what numbers I need to get off the pump so he can match up an exact replacement. First impressions of there company are positive. I will look at my dead pump tonight and call him back tomorrow.

Here's a question about another part on that picture. I turned and accidentally removed the hex-head bolt seen on the lower left side. What is that for? It was spring loaded and sprung off. When I reinstalled it, I tightened it all the way down. In hind sight, I don't think it is supposed to be...

I've been physically looking at my truck and TM's to no avail. I read that once the filters are replaced, I need to open a valve/petcock somewhere up near the engine to allow the in-tank fuel pump to prime the fuel lines. I can't for the life of me find this valve. Where should I be looking? A...

Glad I found this thread. I replaced all three of my fuel filters yesterday and discovered my in-tank fuel pump is dead so the fuel lines won't prime. It sounds like Olympic is the best way to go to get a brand new pump. And before anyone says it, yes I checked the fuse. It's good and there is...
