Thanks! I didn't know there was a rear t case pto. I think I need the Rear output adapter for my current transmission one, or at least I think it's more appropriate since then I won't be able to run the pump backwards as well.
There must be 2 shifter levers for it since text in those threads...
I currently have an m35a2 with winch. I'd like to add another pto output to send power to a hydraulic pump for a dump box. My question is can the Rear output of the pto add on unit be separatly engaged from the front? Will my winch need to be disengaged before I could use the hydraulic pump ran...
I snapped a pic to show my lazy man fix. Ratchet strap pulled it down far enough to not have to use my x Ray vision to see thru the wiper assembly anymore
I think there all great ideas. It just depends what you really want to do with your truck. To me, I don't use it allot. It's just for fun. I don't need hp mileage or speed. To the OP his engine choice will depend on his goals.
The back tube on the seat and the angle iron cross brace behind the shock. I had to loop around a few times to allow the hooks of the ratchet strap to be far enough away from the mechanisms to ratchet. That's the trick. Loop around at least once and hook the hooks to each other.
I loosened up the spring pressure all the way with the crank. Same problem... Too tall. So I reached around in back and put a ratchet strap in there wrapped around things and tightened it down to pull the seat down... It works ok. It was a low effort factor fix to allow me to not have to look...
I've seen some soft tops up here in Wisconsin replaced with plywood and 2x4s.... Works better than a ripped tarp in the winter. There's always the easy way out lol.:grd:
Cost. Effort. Time. Unless you put allot of miles on your duece 45 to 50mph is just fine. Just because all the other cars on the road are 50 years newer and go faster doesn't mean you have to. A duece isn't slow comparable to other trucks of similar design vintage.
Also. Fwiw Google rockwell...
