Hello. I am in search of a Transfer Case adapter for my 84 M1009. TH400 to NP208 high boy with two cross member bolt holes. Mine is cracked and leaks. If anyone of you guys out there can help me to a source I would appreciate it. Thanks for reading.

UPDATE: Its not the TC, its the adapter between the 400 and the 208. Anybody know where I can get one of those cheap?

6" from SkyJacker Softride. Lots of extra room with 35x14.50s. Got it off a junked gasser Suburban. Bolted right in, rides/drives fine.

Can a cracked transfer case be repaired by welding? Or should I just source a replacement?

update, just looked more closely at my pipes/mufflers...Walker part numbers on mufflers, Walker logo on pipes...shop just bent em, hung em, and welded em...

Yeah, that's gonna look good with tires on...I'm running 6" all spring in front with blocks and extra helper spring out back from SkyJacker...tires are 35x14.50 MTs...

I eventually went local exhaust business. Twisted up exact replacement with 2.5" pipe and turbo mufflers, manifolds back. 415 bucks. Very throaty, nice and quiet...

Running a pair of hedmann turbo mufflers (2.5" pipes). Sounds great, not loud.

White wire is def. hot. Haven't checked cont on pink wire. In Japan right now, will check for ground when I get home. Thanks for re-enforcing that I was correct.

What two wire are used to wire the universal pump. The pump I have has hot (white) and return (black). I can't figure out where to connect them even though I have looked at the wiring diagrams in the -20. Pretty sure switch is good. Call me stupid, but only if you can answer my question...I have...

Where do you wire in the uni pumps? What is hot and return?

Tail pipes are rusted completely out and right head pipe isn't far behind. Thanks for the answer.
