I only have a handful of miles on my truck but it stops great. There are two diaphragms on each side, so the shoes get pushed on both ends.

Jon, I posted a reply to this about a week ago but it might have been deleted for having a link to a popular auction site that starts with an e. Anyhow, my reservoir was cracked too and I just found a replacement. If you're interested, go to that site and search Washer Bottle Tank SPRAGUE...
Not sure if I'm reading this right. The Pete wont drive up onto the M322, the trailer is too tall and the Pete will high center on the fuel tanks. You'll have to add up the total heights too. The M322 is pretty tall and the M715 might put you over 14'
Eli, can't wait for the video.
My high idle works some of the time. A way to verify that the switch and computer are working is to rev the engine to approx 1000 rpm and hold it, turn the switch on and see if the rpm drops. It should drop about 100 rpm.

That could be. I'm thinking its much more simple and is just a go or no go. Like a low pressure cut out switch on a AC system.
The pressure sensor on the other hand would need precise ohms
I bought a clone of the nexiq 2 on ebay for $190 but its a chinese knockoff. The software is $75 each for the cat et, allison and webco. You paypal the guy and he remotely accessed your laptop and loads everything.
Dude! You're the man. It's mid 50's here in so cal and I'm not going outside.
I'm 99% sure this pic is what's missing. I ordered one and we'll see. I'll make a follow up video.
Thanks again! Might be time to change your fluid too

Yea I now have the nexiq and cat et. I also just got the allison ad software and the abs system(meritor wabco). You can get boot legged copies pretty cheap.
The cat software is pretty cool. I'll be getting the 475hp tune pretty soon

Went to change the power steering filter and I think it's missing something. I think there should be a washer or something holding the filter down.

I changed both my fuel filters(pre filled them before install) and my truck fired right up. There should be plenty of good info on the internet about priming a C12. They're a popular engine
Eli, have you jumped the pressure switch? I found the wiring diagram on dana's website. I'm going to trade it back to the controller

This is a simple on or off switch. There is also a pressure transducer but that's for checking the tires pressure. The switch in question allows the ground to pass through when it reaches the appropriate pressure.

I've been trying to diagnose a non op CTIS system. I used the DANA software on my laptop and plugged into the computer. The software says that the pressure switch is "open" even when the tank pressure is full. I pulled the switch and bench tested it and its working. I put a jumper wire where the...
It might be okay without a wheel and tire. The sway bar might hold up the hub enough. Otherwise chain it up like Eli said

Dang that's a story! Too late now but I have a tire here you could have used. Glad the rest of the trip went well. Curious, did the truck pull to one side when the tire blew? Also, how far did you drive on the tire after it blew?
That's awesome! A few common issues I've seen so far with the trucks coming out of Barstow are:
1. The front hubs have water in them. See the videos I have posted.
2. The air dryer purge valve seems to stick open and drain air. This can be temporarily fixed with adding a small rubber washer...
