Then the flasher box is good.
^^Agreed. I would go here next. The LED upgrades have to be grounded with that extra wire. They do not ground through the threaded bucket attachment points like the standard incandescent lights do. Also, for safe measure, I installed a grounding strap from the bed...
If not the 3-lever, do you have LED's already and do they flash properly? If no, make sure your flasher box is LED compatible. The earlier boxes will not flash LED's.
^^Throw in few 4x6 blocks and 12x12 piece of 3/4" plywood as jack base. I used to carry a 12 ton jackstand. I have to reinstall my large tool box to load that.
Nice build[thumbzup] This is a popular mod these days. I just did this to my M818. I replaced my sectioned Deuce bed with a sectioned M923. But, I farmed out the fab work to Those Military Guys. I just don't have the resources for this size job. They did a great job. The dropsides are MUCH better...
I finally got my M923 dropside bed picked up, sectioned out and installed on my truck. I got the bed out of Hesperia, CA and had Those Military Guys in Rancho Cucamonga, CA do all the fab work and the installation. We already slapped a coat of 686 Sand on the sides and the tailgate. Troop seats...
You see that pipe bracket from the left fender to the left frame, put another one the right side or something very similar. That winch extension creates quite a void to cross when climbing up on that right fender. You'll be glad you did.
Here's the 90° inlet fitting specs. I know for sure the connection from the filter is a 1/2" male inverted flare.

Is the pump you're putting on one of those inline types...?

I did the remote MC reservoir mod on my M818. Mine seeped at the cap with the copper washer. I replaced it with this...Double Seal Buna-N O-Ring...from McMaster-Carr. Buna-N , AKA Nitrile, is compatible with silicone. Mine is holding fast for now.
I believe, therefore I don't know...
Very nice[thumbzup] What length did you cut and paste to...10 ft?
I've found and purchased an M923 bed. I'll be picking it up and having the fab work done next month. The project should be done by the end of August.
I printed a copy of the -10 early on when I first got my truck. That is the only TM I recommend anybody print in its entirety. Have two; keep one at your desk and one in your truck. I did find issue copies on eBay for reasonable cost.
I print -20 and -34 as pages only as projects call for them...
When I did belts and hoses I decided it was a good time to change my thermostat. I got it all open up and taken out easy as pie. The darn thing was brand new looking. So, I put it back in. Done.
A few weeks back I installed a master cylinder remote reservoir. It's been weeping around the MC cap so I will be putting in a new gasket.
We were in an Independence Day parade last week.
And, last Saturday I bought an M923 dropside bed up in Hesperia, CA. In a few weeks I'll pick it up and...
