    Familiar Oil Spray Pattern?

I am going to give it a wash this weekend if it is above freezing. The oil spray is just that it sprayed out from the interior of the wheel hub area, the air brake pod has the heaviest concentration of oil on it! It was under pressure on a truck with no air pressure on it for two weeks! The...

Back to the drawing board, axle vent is good, no oil leaks on any of the hydraulic lines, no air leaks on the tire, CTIS vent is kinda dry and the full moon has passed! Any other ideas?

    Familiar Oil Spray Pattern?

Guys thanks for the comments, I will check. The think that baffles me is the fact that the truck has been idle with no air pressure on it for three weeks and then suddenly it lets loose? And now the tire is low on air, any way it could be my pressure source to force the oil spray? It makes me...

    Familiar Oil Spray Pattern?

My new to me M936A2 was delivered a month or so ago, I drove it about three miles to a storage site, it has been sitting since. I have aired up the tires manually since the CTIS is having problems. It sat for three weeks very uneventfully until this week. I go by a couple of time a week just...

I went and looked an an M152 yesterday.

$2500 is a good deal if the motor will turn free and it will roll even if it won't stop! Those are super little trucks! Have fun.

    M936A2 Level Winder?

I have two level winders but only one tensioner for the 20,000 lb winch and two trucks that need one? I have been looking for a year or so, the parts are not readily available.

    M936A2 Level Winder?

If the winches are identical a level winder could be added? I have a M543A2 with the level winder and it is a nice addition during winching!

    M936A2 Level Winder?

I have a vice for the bumper, but I have never seen a level winder on an A2, does anyone know why they were dropped when the A2s came out?

    M936A2 Level Winder?

The 936 has a level winder on it.

    M936A2 Level Winder?

Is there a reason the level winder was omitted on the front winch of the M936A2? I have tried a search with no good reason mentioned.

    M923a1 failure, need input.

If you are looking for replacement engines, watch your state forestry departments equipment auctions, they are turning in all series of trucks if they can get the newer Freightliners, and they sell pretty cheap! I picked up a 932 for under $1500.
