2 things come to mind here.
1. get the -10 operators manual & read it. (Your questions & statements indicate that you have not done so)
2. I have seen std cargo covers in the $200-$300 range, how much you think someone is going to charge to screw with that big heavy cover?
Which tractor would have hauled the machine shop trailers of the 80's?
Most common tractor? or what y'all think would be best?
31K trailer
M818
M819
M931
I suppose a M915 is a possibility
I know nothing about the Allison.
Your issue sounds familiar though :?:
I had an issue with an old Chevy not shifting, the linkage between the selector on the outside of trans and the piston that it moved in the valve body had came undone.
I dropped the pan and it was visable.
Before you do...
M725's typically go between $500 and $15,000
miles on odometer are meaningless
edit:
Oh yea, here's your forum M715 - Steel Soldiers::Military Vehicles Supersite
Can't say as I have had any issue.
Two or three that I had won, had the incorrect vin in the auction paperwork.
After I picked them up, I took the actual vin and put it on the SF97 application.
When I received my SF97 & Florida transfer papers they had the vin I had put down on the application...
Bad? Personally I like that part!
Simple swap of parts just not cost effective as the transfercase would also need a kit installed or a different t case..
There is a 1mpg difference.
beyond the hubs:
they ain't no CUCV.
The M880 is basically a W200 (think 2500) with an 8,000lb gvw
Any parts...
