What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Sounds like you were blessed. Great story. You had several potential bad things turn good.

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

I hadn't considered the overcharging of the one effect. So as long as it's only for low draw stuff it should be fine? Dont they have the low speed on the heater fan running on just one battery? I would think that would be a high draw item.

Govplanet HMMWV initial bid set to 5000

Still cheaper than a new side-by-side.

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Can't you just tap into one battery for the 12v source? That's what I did to wire in my 12v outlet that has a usb power source in it as well.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

I took my leaky hydroboost off and now wait for said part. Dont anyone be intimidated by removing this. Very simple job.

Govplanet HMMWV initial bid set to 5000

I believe that is the way it works. I had been getting beat out by $25 too many times so I just bid a rediculously high amount to see if I was blessed or cursed.

MV of the Month - December 2015

    With my trailer, duh!

MV of the Month - December 2015

I wanna play the lottery with essentially the same odds. Here's the M105A2 trailer I just won yesterday and will be picking up next week. It should really help the M929A2 look even better. I do believe I saw where you permitted a won, and paid for, but not picked up MV before so here she goes.

MV of the Month - December 2015

Man, that's just not right. Yes, there's lots of killer competition this month but...

Govplanet HMMWV initial bid set to 5000

Thank you. I must have just been confused with another trailer I considered.

    Trailer paperwork

In Ohio, for a trailer we only need a bill of sale and a weight slip if no title. Cannot get any easier. I wonder why some states just want to be stubborn. My county title office was a bit confused on the Florida title on a Louisiana truck sold by a California company with some papers saying...

Govplanet HMMWV initial bid set to 5000

Have the starting bids on the M105A2s been lowered as well? I won one yesterday at what was the starting price, I thought, and then it had two bids. Maybe you all lowered the start since I put in my priority bid.

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

I would think you could clean it out and just lay a dry rag in there and after a light rain or just driving it a mile or so in the rain (depends if it only gets wet while parked or driving) so as to not saturate the entire rag, and you should be able to pinpoint the source. Then if it's bolts...

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Nice looking truck! Is that an M931? Always nice to save that much cash.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Greased the whole front end. Very happy everything is tight. Put a coat of flat black on the rims too. I am borrowing both rims and tires off my civy truck until I get around to balancing the humvee tires that came on it. They rode horribly!

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Them steps are real nice! The flashlight holder could come in handy too. Part numbers and source possibly?

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Oh, here I thought you were referring to "it's just a typical CUCV", meaning they all just love to rust.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Oh, I got plenty miles on the cadillac before getting assigned to the A.M. General!

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

That is very true. Just too many hands on it with nothing in it. When I was a driver in regular Army, active duty, I spent an hour or more cleaning my 5 ton after any day it got used. It got pretty dirty on them dirt roads in Wielflecken and Hohenfels. I had other soldiers tell me, "that's why I...

Thanks. Is that like an EGR valve? Is it on one of the valve pan covers? Also, how does one go about "checking" it?
