Daniel,
Give Harvey Hansen in Malad a call at 208-339-3276 cell. Tuesday the 25th he was just leaving for LA.
He does all my hauling and brought up 2 M-813's for me last fall out of Barstow. He knows the ropes.
I found you in the phone book, but still don't understand where you are at. I...
I get about the same result with when useing a flat khaki paint (Gillespie) or a flat white now in doing my T-15 weasel. The paint comes out rather porous, ( as in, not being able to wipe off a grease stain, ect). vs painting with a semi, or gloss paint.
Is there a hardner or other additive...
It looks like the Michelins might be the 11:00x20's. I bought 2 - 813's that had them. Real nice tire,, but I cannot find any more  Tom @ Snake River
Answering my own question: There is about a 8" dia plate on top that unbolts with about 8 bolts. There is a hole in the center where the electrical lead comes through. When we opened it up, the seal had come unseated and pushed up into the electrical cap. There was not a lip to keep...
You ought to look at the cab on an M-819 aircraft wrecker. You have to open the little door and work your way in.
Ours was off for transport, and we left it off. Tom @ Snake River
We though life was going along good, untill we sprung a leak on the crane.
Where the four large hoses come from the valve bank and go over and attach into the round center pivot point.
On top there is a cap held on with 2 small bolts with an electrical wire going in. It is leaking...
Just brought in an M-819 wrecker. As usuall, I have not read the book yet.
What is the best way to extend or retract the manuel boom on the wrecker? Everyone that ever posted was very happy having the extra boom length of the 819 over the 816.
Thanks, Tom @ Snake River
Look on Gov Liq, I have watched them real close and the nicer ones have gone for about $17,000. I just bought a real nice M-819 via private sale for $9,000.00 and had it laid in on my front door step for $12,000 total.
I like the dealers, but I would never buy a truck from them...
Still not too sharp on the 800 electrics :? Just brought in an M-819 wrecker, all the lights work except the turn signals. The little green light on the control will come on but not blink, and the L & R turn lights fore and aft will not come on.
Any suggestions? ? , may be the flasher...
After doing a 350 engine swap, I have a good take-out starter, distributor, and air cleaner from the origional motor.
I need to move them, take all for $30.00 + $20.00 shipping. $50.00 puts all on your doorstep. Tom

If not for an M37, it would be for the WC 51-52 ect. I is square and really fugly, I hardly know anyone who has one on a restoration. But you could take some pictures and throw it out there and see if anyone bites. Tom
I had the same problem with our farm tractors. All cup holders were way too big, a 3" piece of scedule 40 black plastic pipe works well for 20 oz bottles and 12 oz cans. Tom
On iniial start-up, after that thing warms up, you have to be right there or that son of a gun takes off on you. After it is warmed up, I have not experienced any problem on keeping a steady idle. Tom
M1075, I wish I had a deck for mine. Other than acting as a flat deck. How do they function ??? Do they work like a roll-back ? Can you put it flat on the ground and load it up and then lift it on, or do you just let it go back till it hits the ground and then try to put some cargo...
Spicergear, have not talked to you in a while. Snake River 4x4 keeps getting a little bigger each year. Now working on a local museum to put all this stuff.
Now restoring 2 T-15 weasels, I own 3 of the 15 known to exist.
The gama goat tire idea was good for several years as the supply...

At 0 degrees, all we could do is throw open the door to the shed and take a picuture. After looking at the truck again, it is missing 1 work light and about 1/3 of the cable on the winch. The hook is attached with cable clamps.
