The battery box on an M1114 is not compatible with the fiberglass box cover, the battery box is not flush with the floor, it actually lower and protrudes out the bottom of the floor about 3-4in

I’ve had the fan clutch fail on REV’s, works perfectly fine at 45mph and lower….but will over heat at freeway speeds, if everything else checks ok? id replace the viscous fan clutch

no, that’s a Civilian application part used to plug that unused hole when used on a hmmwv…that’s an early GM intake manifold.

That gear has specific instructions for installation, do not turn the input shaft while it’s out of the truck. This gear uses a sesctor shaft, turning it to far in either direction can cause issues.

the difference of a 4L80 and 4L85 is “5”, it means nothing…the 80e isn’t mfg’d any longer at GEP, the 85e is just an update. for Hmmwv’s this really means nothing because the TD only Puts out 190-200HP. These updates were really more for Civilian application vehicles. Some of these differences...

that is on the passenger side and it’s for a TOW missle truck to store the cable that went to the TOW missle unit in the turret.

I have that tool and it’s the best one made…been using it for years, there is a roll pin meant to shear off, thats why it builds no tension. Make sure to use grease on the worm gear once you fix it. The roll pin is on the large gear shaft, the gear is spinning on the shaft, the bitch is getting...

Well, based on the information from PS magazine, they are unit acquired directly from Polaris Defense….kinda the same way SOCOM units buy what they need to support the mission.
