The Break proportioning valve is mounted on the Inside of the frontbumper.... from there goes 1 breakline to the rearbrakes....- german m1008

Windshield Washer Pump
And above all, is the small strainer/filter in the fluid container clean. I had the same problem. The washer Fluid was about 11/2 years in the container, was flaky and slimy. I use a screwdriver, little brass brush and a few cans brake cleaner. It takes Time but it's the safer method to clean the engine.......- german m1008

German Tüv could be a nasty surprise... Depending on the condition of the truck....15 to 30 min. or longer. They check the complete light system, tires, exhaust,extreme rust and perforation corrosion, complete steering linkage, no class II ( or higher ) oil or any other fluid leak is allowed...- german m1008
