Back rails are longer than the front if I remember. I never could get the 4-man rail to sit flush with the b-pillar. The bottom edge wouldn’t let my rear X-door close properly.

I was reading the specs on outback’s website and it said it had a maximum of 200psi and can run 24/7 at 150psi. Never heard of such a thing

Clean the oil off of it and weld a nut on it. Weld a big washer on it and then weld nut to washer. Reverse drill bit.

I don’t like to rely on air compressor, plastic lines and switches. OX locker is a cable I believe and has less moving parts. I think the ARB is a fancy Jeep thing

I want a Detroit Locker for the rear. They get a fair amount of hate because of their on road manners. You would probably be just fine with the front and learn how to brake properly as suggested above.

I used a thicker rubber from another project but inner tube will work but probably 6” long.

Get a 6 1/8” long piece of rubber 2” wide and wrap it. I was amazed at the difference.
