Is 70A the input or output? The fuse should be about 1.2 times the max current draw of the device, and the wire should be sized for the fuse. So assuming 70A is the input current, you're looking at around a 90A fuse and 4AWG wire minimum.

Just keep in mind these wheels are tires are designed to have runflats installed which keep the bead on. If you go without runflats and have low tire pressure you could lose a bead.

Yes, consider the fact that you can link two 12v batteries in series to make a functional welder, that will tell you what you're dealing with.

Also make sure the wire gauge is sufficient for whatever fuse you are using. There are charts you can look it up.

Not sure what "NL" is. If you are in H there is a differential between the axles. Use HL or L to lock the center differential and you will be sending power to the front. Unless something is broken. Also, apply gentle braking and gas at the same time to lock the torsion differentials.
