Tomorrow everything will be reassembled.
I should be able to take care of the water leak at the oil cooler.
The power steering seems efficient (felt at the wheel) I haven't tested it yet.
Yes, for a video, however the priorities are:
- Water leak at the oil cooler, probably the gasket.
- Leak in an expansion plug on the second cylinder head, it blew on the manifold side.
- Fuel leak at the valve assembly on the heater.
- Exhaust.
I am posting this message to inform you that tonight August 29, 2022 my truck engine is working.
It starts right away, with a pleasant sound.
Tonight, I'm going to have a beautiful dream.
I checked with the pump head reassembled on the engine.
Pump running and starting.
Nothing happens to the ejectors.
I disassemble the head again for a more thorough cleaning.
Fuel not getting to ejectors.
Valves close to the first cylinder,
mark on the crankshaft damper and
timing mark on the hub,
the marked tooth was not visible
in the inspection mirror.
A day without !
A badly damaged master cylinder.
I lubricated and adjusted the parking brake, however the lever in the cockpit remains inoperative.
The cable must be broken.
I still had fun though.
