Plastic injector fuel return line specifications?

What insert are you referring to? I took my fuel line off today and all it had on it was the brass break away nut that snaps at the tip

August 11 2021 South Bend, IN MVPA National, Want Swap and Sell +Vendors

Didn't know if anyone had an airshift t-case for an M35a2? I was looking at eastern surplus and they have reman. Units. Didn't know if anyone would have anything like that at the swap or any winch kits for the m35a2 as well?

    Injector line leak

I've noticed a fuel leak on my truck but haven't quite figured out exactly where it is coming from. I noticed on the HH where the injector lines come into, that fuel is puddling up inside of the nut on the lines and fuel is coming from under firing order plate. I've loosened and tightened them...

    M35A2 Alignment?

I just have it at the house. I noticed the outside of the wheels wearing more than the inside. And looking at the front of the truck from a distance the front wheels look like they are have toe-in

    M35A2 Alignment?

Does anyone have the TM for toe-in specs? I've looked but the TM I saw didn't go into steering only wheel and tube maintenence. From the index steering would've came next but the online TM didn't go up to that

    M35A2 engine flush

Good evening, I bought my deuce 2 years ago and not knowing how long it sat for or what maintenance was done to it. When I bought it I changed the oil in it and was curious about doing an engine flush for my next oil change. I wasn't sure if anyone has done it before, what products they used and...

    M35A2 converting to super singles

I'm interested in swapping my deuce to super singles. I found a couple sites for adapters and wheels. Didn't know if they are the right things for what i need. I don't mind if wheels are scuffed up because I'll end up getting the sandblasted and powder coated. And i need to know what else I'll...

    Goodyear vs. Michelin super singles

I'll look into those as well. Might be something I'm doing this spring/summer. I still need to convert to an air-shift t-case as well to fully benefit from new super singles

    Goodyear vs. Michelin super singles

Exactly noise is no issue with tires. Here we have a clay type of soil, some sand. Anything specifically decent in those conditions or will the MV/T be fine? Which tire do you recommend in general?

    Goodyear vs. Michelin super singles

Do any of them do better off road wise? I don't take my truck offloading often but I'd like something that that decent. Nothing crazy like mud bogs or anything. Truck is mainly road driven and maybe 20+ miles at a time. Just looking for a good tire when I do choose to spend the money. I still...

    Goodyear vs. Michelin super singles

I was looking at the Goodyear mv/t just because I liked the tire tread. But before I spend the money I'd much rather hear other people's opinions and see what they recommend

    Goodyear vs. Michelin super singles

I was looking at getting super singles for my deuce and was wondering if anyone from experience with them had any information about which they prefer? Does one perform better? Does one last longer? Or anything else regarding them

    66' M35A2 in-cab heater/ coolant filter install

At the top of the filter I actually have 3 valves. The 3rd valve can not be seen in the picture. 1 for heater core, 1 for heater bypass and 1 for the "IN" side for the filter. So I'm able to close all valves for no drain back when I change filters

    66' M35A2 in-cab heater/ coolant filter install

If you're having an issue with heat look at this diagram this is how I have mine set up

    66' M35A2 in-cab heater/ coolant filter install

Yes I made it so that the flow goes through the filter and through the heater core during the winter and I have it set up so that the coolant flow can be shut off to the heater core with a ball valve during the summer and another valve opens up so it just bypasses the heater and just goes...

    66' M35A2 in-cab heater/ coolant filter install

Recently just installed a heater in my deuce and put in a spin on filter for the coolant. First winter I'll have a heater in the truck and I'm excited to see how well it does. Also curious to see how well the coolant filter works and to see what it has filtered out once it needs a change.

    Sprag Clutch Rebuild / Repair

I plan on swapping for an air-shift transfer case eventually. But not by this year. If I could fix my t-case now then maybe by next year or so swap for the air-shift

    Sprag Clutch Rebuild / Repair

My truck as well has a problem with the forward sprag. Reverse works great even after adjusting to what the TM manual said still no forward sprag. I believe it kicks in every once in a while but definitely not as much as it should. Does anyone have or know where to get a new forward sprag kit so...
