now that the truck has a roll cage
Will try going with two of these 6 circuit boxes that mount to a roll cage element. One push button will be for glow plugs, the second for the starter. I discovered that when I am harnessed in, I can't reach the dash mounted controls.
I see two- electric cooling fan setups out there. I am imagining rewiring them in series then powering off the 24 V bus. Guess that would go in the mods forum, sorry :)
Oh, I don't know, I can imagine DC motors driving alternators, power steering pump, even an air conditioning compressor. Could be a modular design: each function in a box with its corresponding motor. Just a thought experiment, not claiming its practical.

New exhaust system. Went from dual to single, drivers side exit. This is because the dual mufflers take up alot of real estate under there, and I need the space passenger side for "transfer case stuff".
