Are the 923 style bows wood? I thought they were aluminum or something from the pics I've seen. I've been thinling of making some since they seem to command a premium and are never close by... same with troop seats.
Not this week, but recently....Picked up a shortened drop side bed and MRAP winch. put the bed on temporarily. I still have to extend the frame. Seriously considering a dump conversion.
I split some heavy wall tubing with my plasma into angle iron and welded and bolted mounting points. picked...
Way cool, always loved those trucks.
I see in your signature that you have a kubota powered triumph, I'd love to know more about that and see some pics!
My $.02 for broken bolts and badly rusted bolts I weld a nut to the broken bolt and it usually backs right out after cooling. I've had great results with that.
Been going through this thread and following some of the links to other threads, for example, one of my tanks the guage doesnt register. I found a thread and realised the tankscreen is removable. It was too tight for a strap wrench, I used a large C clamp to loosten it and went from there. the...
oh, well it set then, I drain the tanks whenever Im done like the tm says, I'll just have to not let it sit too long.
I don't have a pic, but I usually park it in front of the barn with a genie charger plugged into the slave port, another idea I got from this thread. I bought one of those radio...
good to know, thanks, I'll have to study up the tm and see if I can do something to alleviate that or deal with it next time. I left the park brake off after I was done and just chocked up really good.

Merry Christmas all! After reading a post here about pulling trees with their truck, I decided to give it a try, I needed a few removed so Yesterday morning I played with my m931a1 :D There are a lot of hard core rock crawklers and cool 4x4s in my area because I live relatively close to the...
Picked up a set of H4 conversion lamps for my 931a1 and one of those cup holders that I later found out you can get at Harbor Freight. :-D... I don't mind but if I buy a second one I'll get it there!
I also bought a drop side bed from the same guys and they're going to cut it down. I was...
Took mine for a drive and filled the tanks, I had aired the tires for highway and it is much harsher and bouncy, think I'll air them back down, I putt around empty mostly. I need to buget time to chat whenever I stop, it's like a 1 truck parade :driver:
I did the boots and lh axle seal a...
Best thread ever ;-) love those pics, happy looking fellows! That pic of mauser with his chin resting on the door especially warms my heart! Reminds me so much of my recently passed Buster, He loved that pose, he was a boxer and the best behaved dog I've ever known. Got a big smile right now....
