conversion of 4 batteries to 2?

Yeah, it's 1/0. But there's certainly no harm going heavier. I used 3/0 for my pickup. I have 2/0 and 4/0 new that I'll sell for less than current market if you end up needing cable.

24 volt harbor freight jump starter

My 6.2 starts instantly. Probably on the first revolution. On the topic of jump starting a 24v vehicle from a 12v vehicle, it can be done by hooking to just one of your 24v vehicle's batteries. Usually this is sufficient. If boosting one battery is insufficient , you can jump your 24v...

Trying to identify a new purchase 5 ton

Upper right hand corner of your data plate in the pic you posted. Faded, but legible.

Trying to identify a new purchase 5 ton

Looks like a deuce cargo bed with one side chopped off.

Trying to identify a new purchase 5 ton

I'm thinking it's a truck tractor with a (cut) deuce bed added.

Looking for the specific difference between "Split Rings" and "Split Rims/Widowmaker"

They're safe. I'll go so far as to say they're safer than standard passenger car wheels. Just don't unbolt the wheel halves with air in it.

    Thoughts on Pirelli 14.00R20 tires

@simp5782 was selling remolded 14.00 XZLs. Should be equivalent to new tires. I have no experience and no opinion on the Pirelli.

Warn 18k 24v electric winches are plentiful. They were used on MRAPs and frequently show up on the surplus market.

shrink wrap a pallet in colorado springs,

Can do! What do I need to do? Where do I get shrink-wrap? I'm presuming this can be done by hand with no tools?

    PA registration / title problems...help?

Your truck weighs ~14k empty. Registering it for 10k puts you in violation every time you drive it. The first cop that thinks you shouldn't be allowed to own one can use this as an excuse to impound it. The potential for "fraudulent completion of DMV apps" is also there.. Neither of these...

Bolt on wheel spacers for the deuce. Where to get them?

Re-centered hemtt rims and singled 395s will resolve it, if lesser means fail. I would do this before resorting to spacers. @m-35tom

Bolt on wheel spacers for the deuce. Where to get them?

Aluminum spacers are cheap and easy. Steel spacers are $600ish. One-off steel spacers for a market of 1 are going to be at least double that. At that price point you're getting within striking distance of MRAP rims( which may or may not resolve it) He isn't running 14.00's or 16.00's unless his...

Bolt on wheel spacers for the deuce. Where to get them?

What you want is input from someone running the waterloo kit. I'll dig and see if I can find something relevant. Edit - https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threads/waterloo-specialties-power-steering-install-completed.98218/ More edit, specific to 11.00s -...

Bolt on wheel spacers for the deuce. Where to get them?

What do you currently have for wheels and tires? @peashooter was making adapter plates. I'm not aware of anyone making spacers. I'm suspecting there's an easier/cheaper/safer way to get the results you want.
