    I have a hard time keeping my gas grill full of propane, it definately would be a pain with a truck. In our shop it seems the forklift is always out of propane when you need it in a hurry. Frank

    Fuel pump is located on the forward lower right side of the block. Stock fuel pump is quite large and hard to miss. Follow the fuel line back from the carburetor. Frank

    I believe the Canadian trucks had 6 blade fans. My truck ('52) had a 4 blade fan. I would use the 6 blade if I had one. Frank

    M37 fuel pump and carb problems

    I wouldn't blow air back through the fuel pump, I would disconnect the line feeding the pump and blow back from there, although it seems that you are getting fuel to the pump. I think your fuel pump is not working, the diaphram may have disintegrated. Frank

    Check for fuel line contamination. Sounds like the pickup in the tank is clogged or there is a blockage in the line. This is common in an older vehicle that sits unoperated for a time. Frank

    Chances are that if the seal is leaking the bronze bushing is worn oversize or the axle bearing surface is worn below service limits allowing the axle excess movement within the housing and defeating the seals purpose. Measure the axle and bushing in addition to replacing the seal. As stated...
