I'd like to wish everybody a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year after changing out gladhand ball valve trying to run down leaks on my system I noticed when I was fueling up the other day inside the fuel tank at the entry point was pretty Rusty on that screen. I bought the truck it didn't look...
On the truck that has the filter housing under the drivers side fender, how does yours come apart? Does the housing screw off to get to the cartridge inside?
**** all these problems, I got my truck at add fuel conditioner and algicid with about an eighth tank, filled the tank up have had no problems no starting problems never touched anything, it makes me wonder if I should do anything or not. I'd hate to have problems on such a good running truck.
I usually do drain tanks every night except occasionally l don't to see how good of a air seal I have.
You also described Q2 what exactly does that refer to?
about 35 to 40 pounds before changing the dryer after changing the dryer I lose more like 70 on the primary side only although I did find a leak that I tightened up, I have to test again.
So as to those drains 1 2 3 4 so #1 being primary #2 being secondary ?
The reason being ever since I change my air dryer the primary loses a little bit more after it sat for a while then the secondary and I just wanted to confirm if if the primary tank is back there by the air dryer.
Thanks
Thanks for the link, although the valve shown is a momentary pull type and when draining all 4 valves in order and leaving open untill completely drained down would be tricky.
