Sorry if I was unclear. Was asking how the stock 21" wheels work, if they have any kind of bead retention setup inside. Will most likely swap them out for 20" HEMTT wheels/tires, knowing they're a lot more common, was just curious about the 3-bolt LVS wheels.

Not curious enough to take one apart to find out, and thinking about swapping out with HEMTT wheels/tires to make finding replacements easier in the future, but what's the deal with these? How do they work? Is there any kind of beadlock inside?

Want to put a 2" top plate on the stock oscillating 5th wheel mount on one of our M916A1's and the local truck parts place says Jost part number jsk37hjst is an aftermarket replacement for the Holland part referenced here, costs $800, and should bolt on. Can anybody confirm that?

You're doing a really nice job with that. Why is the grill so much taller than stock? And are those slats zig-zagged, or just flat plate set on angle?

Thanks for confirming. In that case, dunno if it's such a good idea to advise anyone to run those wheels without some kind of inserts. There's a much higher likelihood that tires will unseat and that rapid loss of air could be a real bummer. That's why they call them safety beads... you know...
