If it is not either fuse, then the ABS module will need to he replaced. It is located on the pass side, basically above the middle axle. This is a common failure.

^This^. Reason being, the standard heater air intake is in front of the grill. If you can re-heat cab air, you will be further ahead. Not sure about fogging up the windows though. Maybe the cab leaks enough to prevent it.

If you can run a 120v block heater, oil pan heater, and battery charger, when vehicle is off, it will think it is always a warm summer day. Don't expect much cab heat, unless you switch to a fuel fired heater, which was part of the artic winterization kit and bolts in place of the heater core...

I'm not sure what else you want. Get 2 new 24V continuous duty solenoids, and go forward. There are posted part numbers in other threads if you need/want.

Should both be 24v. One controls dash power, the other controls signal to starter solenoid.

Starting fluid has a very low octane equivalence number, so it knocks loudly when combusting in a gas or diesel engine. Did you run the engine for at least 5 seconds or so, to make sure the knock was not the ether?

Just convoy with somebody there and back that is passing by you on the way there. Make sure your truck is in a good state of tune, have extra tools and supplies, and it should be fine.

I also just had a second one pop off at an off road park this past weekend. Can't get them back on. I use large ratchet straps to hold the axle in the correct place, and it drives home OK. Easy on accel and braking. Such a stupid weak link on an otherwise fabulous suspension.

I was being the smart a$$, actually. It's more of an inside joke. You can have sparks if a large voltage level difference of correct polarity though, just not a scary level such as if polarity reversed.
