I have bought 2, one off ebay and one from a rebuilder. I referenced a Ross HF catalog and got the part number for the one with 4 outputs (I will be adding an assist cylinder) both were available on the Ford LN. Hope this helps
UPDATE:
OK so I guess no one had any new bushings around to measure so I bought one. Seems there are at least 200 or so interested SS's out there (with 287 views) I have decided that I will be making my own and of course as you guys all help me when you can I will make a dedicated thread and...
I notice in the pinned threads that there is a m35 door lock repair thread, sooo...Question are m35 door lock assemblies the same as M135/211's? I am missing the whole assembly on one side. Another question does anybody have the page from the parts tm with the strike plate and catch assemblies...
I don't now how thick the reinforcements are for the bed but I think they would be 2 thin and would flex at the mount. when I rigged up the crane for my truck
the 1/4 inch rectangular tubing under the mount flexed a little when lifting the transmission up at the 1000 lbs position (trans weighs...
Got pictures already of the A2 After mod (how it is designated in the M35A2 parts TM manual) here: https://steelsoldiers.com/threads/is-there-a-difference-between-the-m35a1-and-the-m35a2-after-mod-transfercase-mount-height-and-angle.196030/
First I have to add to my reply above and say I owe a few steak dinners for all the help I am getting.
As to what changed I think it was due to Spicer. In my pursuit of the driveline for my M135 I have been chasing many part numbers and styles of yokes and flanges...almost all of the 1410-1550...

I am tired and wish there was a REASONABLE sandblaster near me...would have saved almost a week!
Oh and I shot the Cummins motor mounts/hole saw brands review this morning also ...hopefully out by the end of the week!
Well my Spring Break (working every other week) ended today (was supposed to go till June 15). Don't get me wrong, I am happy to go back to semi full time (still 32 hour weeks). I Got a ton of stuff done and actually almost reached most of the goals (only lacking the power steering and drilling...
Thanks gringeltaube and NY Tom...
Hmmm measured the M35A3 between the flanges is 9 1/4" (at 5 3/4" ujoint center to center spacing. 11-9 1/4=1 3/4 + say 3/4" (not to the limit) is 2 1/2" more.....have to think about it...but right now (off the top of my head the only advantage is easier...
OK I have went through all the trouble of using the M35A3 jackshaft and my eyes might be wandering....anybody have the measurement of the M35A2 jackshaft center of ujoint to center of ujoint? Reason being I am making alterations to the firewall and floorlan and with the transfercase set at the...
Picture Dump 5.27.20
Rear Mount is sorted out after 3 redesign and second set of lowers done when it didint work out drilling the center of the stock M35 upper mounts. This is as far I go as it will need a shim to level with the transfercase...but I haven't sourced polyurethane isolators yet...
OK lets try another tact...how about the measurements of the cab and transfercase bushings p/n# 7521436 and NSN# 5342-00-040-2073. Also if anyone has installed new ones what was the height when torqued down to specs?
Once I finish the mounts on the Cummins it will be time to mico-align the drivetrain. The mounts I have on the T136-27 probably date to 1968 and are well past flat, rather than getting some NOS rubber I would like to upgrade tho polyurethane...anybody have a source? Thanks in Advance!
Thanks for the suggestion a sponsor would be REAL nice, but I can't in clear conscience support a manufacturer that has been proven to me to not be reliable. I did find there was a free extended warranty available for the this particular bandsaw as there were design problems but said extended...
