So, you can't lock the front end in low range reverse in the A2 series trucks? Mine doesn't have any kind of warning plate or lockout as far as I know. Is the HEMMT transfer case a direct replacement or require modification? Does it solve the breakage issue?
I've searched the forum with not much luck and I'm sure this has been discussed ad nauseum. I understand the fuel economy is never going to be good in a 5 ton. What spring / governor combination will give the best results in fuel economy? Will advancing the timing help? Straight pipe? I checked...
I've been to the woods and rode for miles in sand mode. Still have one tire that won't behave itself. Pretty sure it's the right rear. Made a couple of runs with my mounted gopro back there on each side and it appears to be the one.
