It looks like Federal Military parts has a set of 4 "laminated glass" for $289, or a set of 4 "bullet resistant polycarbonate" for $349. It's definitely the dimmer switch. It happened again tonight, so I tried tapping the side of the dimmer switch with my foot. I could make the headlights flicker on and off just by wiggling the switch. Mystery solved!

Gotcha. I will probably just replace it and see if the problem goes away.

Are you referring to the button on the floor for high beams? I did notice that it is getting hard to click on and off lately. Maybe its on its way out.

That completely fixed it, thanks! I had to adjust the modulator cable ALL the way out. But now it starts in first, shifts into second at 15mph, and shifts into third at 27mph. I feel like I just got a 50hp boost!
