I'm not sure how to interpret this tag. Did my humvee get a new/rebuilt engine on the 71st day of 2002? My humvee is an 87, but this NSN number apoarently didnt exist until 1990. So it seems like it got a new engine at some point. And how do I interpret that date code? It says 02071.

Weird thing is, the picture looks EXACTLY like what I received. The hole in that washer looks too small to fit a 12awg wire through.
Well I got the antenna and it looks great! Also swept it with the sitemaster. Looks like a great antenna at the specified range, and acceptable at 465mhz.
