    Air ride seats ?

I ordered a Prime Seating 400 LH mid-back air seat. Repair parts are available, if needed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_d6MAPfEI4&t=18s The air ride cab is nice, but the lumbar support and ergonomics of the military seats are quite lacking. The foam is dead in my driver seat. It is like...

Horse power for different engines without hard upgrades.

I'm not sure what the official term is, but I would call it power banding. The 3116 and 3126 and C7 are at the upper end of their limits in many cases. More power = less life, but it is tempting. At times we all suffer from Testosterone Overload and can't get out heads around the term...

Sure, you can make a Cobalt go Corvette fast, but at the end of the day it's still just a Cobalt. Maybe start with a HET instead and bob it : )

The E engines are rare birds. Parts may be difficult to find and / or expensive. The HUE had some failure issues as I recall. Ask Adept Ape on Youtube what he thinks.

Once you Frankenstein anything you will have lots of headaches. Not worth it in my book.

If you need ever your 3116, 3126 or C7 rebuilt

Hopefully you will never need a rebuild, but if you do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUVjJibTLLQ I'd have the shop measure the bore with a stress plate.

Great new video about the CAT 3116 history, problem areas, etc

There is a much easier way to do the injector synch. This tool is $1399 (I paid $75 on that auction site we hate) that was developed to make the process much easier and faster: https://youtu.be/sVnRSJDOO7s

Did they use a new or rebuilt injector?

    LMTV grease fittings

All I have left are the rear driver side leaf spring bushings. Battery ran out on Lincoln : ) Not a single zerk was bad. I always actuate the zerk valve a few times with something before I start.
