Hey gang,
I know GMA has super rope but I don't need 500 feet. I've heard that Mcmaster has it and am assuming it's the 5/16 dia Polyurethane P/N 3961T3. Does anyone else have smaller quantities? I'm looking for about 15-20 feet.
Could someone confirm the Mcmaster stuff is exactly the...
Tacos, MV stuff, dry weather, I have half a mind to be there.
Will, bring my tan cover with ya, i've got someone to pick it up from ya at the taco stand.
Welcome to S.S. I have a non-whistler on my deuce and am buying a whistler dump truck. have fun shopping. If you need any advice or need a second set of eyes, let me know.
Hey gang,
I'm re-building my deuce winch and an in need of some parts that a donor winch would be perfect.
I'm needing the engage lever and the shaft mostly. If anyone has a donor winch parts, please PM me so I can send you a PDF of what I need exactly.
thanks to all,
BigMike
I just finished tearing down a winch I have for my truck. The engagement lever was broken off inside the housing and the winch was full of a very nice water/oil/grease cocktail "yuck" The drum drag thingy is all gooed up and the winch brake shoe etc is shot...rusted out!
It looks like...
I recommend you seek out a member of your local MV club. There are quite a few deuces in the area. Have them bring it over to the house and simulate what you're gonna do. I love my deuce and would consider alot of things just to be able to enjoy it.
I eventually replaced the master cylinder. the problem has not come back. I found the small return hole was clogged with goo. upon cleaning out the hole, the master cylinder is now a prefectly good back up unit.
Hahaha bro...I'm far from wearing shorts. It's been snowing the past 4 hours. Looks Like I have another excuse to drive the deuce to work Monday:grin::grin:
So I took the mule out in the snow today. Not only did it take forever to warm up, it handled worse than I thought. It was fun spinning out ;-)
I've posted a video on youtube...enjoy:popcorn:

Brian,
First of all, what ever you do, DON'T move to Tacoma Washington...:doh::doh::doh:
Second, Tyler is a great guy and a very honest guy. His price is good but you should expect to do some fixin'. Don't let that scare ya! That's half the fun.
