They have a different NSN so they are probably different.
Since the government is building the military back up , I doubt they will be releasing recent rebuilt or great condition trucks. They are going to release well used trucks at a trickle for a while.

Your floats probably need adjusting , there is a screw on the side of the float bowl on Hollys and you want the float set so the fuel just barely trickles out the screw hole on the side.

It should be covered in the -10 operators manual , since the truck is new to you it should be read before operating for safety.

GP but not much has come out . They will have two main warehouses one in pennsylvania and one in las vegas , it is in the contract for two locations . Phasty posted about a while ago he is a GP rep.
I was reading one of your other threads , it looks like you met Ron ( 73M819 ) he is a wealth of knowledge. It sounds like the o-rings on the hydraulic head may be getting bad ( there is a thread in the stickies on this ) .But just incase you need them here are the o-ring sizes , Viton o-rings...
Most of them come from Europe since that's where they are used , it is hit and miss finding them . There was a thread not long ago of a source in Europe that was reasonable , there is also a guy in Italy on e-pay that has them from time to time. Search for delineator panels, delineator stickers...
