Me too... I had to upload one at a time. Also, most of my pictures that were bigger than 2.5 megs would not upload. I had to resize them on my computer and then continue uploading one at a time. It seemed like the upload would just time-out and quit.
Talk about a memory you will have for the rest of your life and a story to share for years to come!!! That is awesome!
Merry Christmas and congrats on the new truck!
P.S. You only have 363 days left to come up with an idea for your wife's next Christmas gift.
bigflew got my vote before these pictures were posted. I tried voting for him again as soon as I saw these awesome pictures, but for some reason the site will not let me vote twice (let alone the 82 times I tried to vote for bigflew). Can we get a mod to look into this issue? In the mean time...
One of these years I will make it, but alas, this isn't it.
I grew up in Phoenix and still have family there. I'll give my brother a heads up in case he and my nephew want to show up as spectators.
That's just a cool trailer.
Gottaluvit - Congrats on the acquisition. It looks awesome behind your CUCV.
And HMMWV Nut, it looks great behind the M925 too!
While we are talking about the M332, Castle Bravo did a good thread a couple years back...
Glancing through the classifieds today, I saw an add for Oshkosh MK48 60-foot winch control pendant cables. The male connector on the cable looks awfully familiar. Since posts in the classifieds get deleted, I'm not going to post a link. But, here's the content of the add:

Magic Smoke
Minor SNAFU... I think the magic smoke came out of my Pyle converter.
As shown in the pictures, there's a gap in my windshield molding that lets water in while driving in the rain. I was aware of this potential hazard and am usually conscientious not to turn on my 12 volt...

The 6th annual Toys for Tots East Texas Toy Run event was another success today bringing in a lot of new toys and over $5 thousand in cash to support Toys for Tots.

I got home this evening to find a neighbor's Ford pick-up planted in his yard. They were very grateful when I offered to get the Deuce.
I had to use three tow straps to reach the Ford. I didn't want to get too far off the concrete and risk sticking my truck. It is still pretty wet here...
Closing auction prices can offer some insight.
GovPlanet has sold a number of M149 and M149A2 trailers over the last year. Sometimes these trailers are sold by GovPlanet with the generic description of "Water Tank Trailer." Data for these trailers is summarized in the table below. The...
Saturday, December 5th is almost here!
I've spoken with a number of folks in the area. We have 2 (maybe 3) trucks that will be at the Toys for Tots event this weekend. Several more are maybe's.
Let me know if you can make it this Saturday. I'm trying to get a rough vehicle count for the...
Wire diagrams
If anyone is making their own cable assembly, the information in this thread may be useful:

Here's some information about the tow light bar and cable assembly.
According to TM 9-2320-260-10, the "Tow Light and Cable Assembly" was a basic issue item (or "BII") on the M816 and M819 5-ton wreckers. The tow light bar and cable were issued together under one NSN number (NSN...
