Did they post a video of it running?
Issues idling could be a lot of things, but with a diesel it usually comes down to fueling and that's a 3126B truck which means possible HEUI issues.
Super 33 has it's place, but Tesa is just better in virtually every respect - it doesn't turn to goo around heat or fluids, has better abrasion resistance, looks more professional, etc.
If your still using 33 for most jobs it's because you haven't tried the Tesa offerings.
Just my experience -...
The current standard in automotive harness tape is Tesa 51036 and related sizes.

It's an excellent wrap to protect against abrasion, etc.
I second the use of heat shrink with sealant before wrapping with abrasion...
They happily sell individual latches for $10 from their online store. I wouldn't be surprised if they will sell the spring steel safety catch by itself - maybe in a bag of 10 or 50 or whatever. The newest version of the safety catch is obviously redesigned for increased life compared to my 2008...
This is the latch used on the PDP panel cover. I sent them an email asking if the spring steel safety catch is available on its own (both of mine are broken) but even if it isn't the whole latch is only $10.

No. You can likely purchase tubing of the appropriate size or if absolutely necessary these can be turned out on any lathe in short order.
Vulcanized rubber requires equipment generally far beyond that found in the average shop and that's what this group buy is here to address. If you need...
I called my supplier and the mounts are scheduled to ship out on November 14th. They said all production has been delayed due to supply chain backups and raw material shortages. So the original estimate of 4-6 weeks turned into 16 weeks. Such is the way of the world these days.
And yes there...
Additional sets were ordered and I presume some will also remain unclaimed one shipping commences. I haven't heard back from my email requesting an updated ETA as of yet. I have paid 50% of the production costs and the other 50% is due upon completion but that has yet to occur,
As with most...
Nice. I'll have to attempt installation. Mine has never been installed but it could be handy if I head up to the mountain. The warning about not using it causing damage to equipment is interesting.
I replaced mine with the new style but I did pull that box off and found the loose ring so I heated it with a small torch and after letting it cool that seems to have fixed the loose solder joint under the potting material. I never tested it since I already replaced it - I was just messing...
There's an Army PS magazine blurb about those early relays having bad connections and mine had a solder joint problem inside the potted control box.

There's a new enclosed unit that replaces the...
You are supposed to pump it till water/fuel runs out of the drain on the bowl. That's how it's supposed to work. It's somewhere in the maintenance schedule or PMCS..... can't remember where I saw that. But yeah it will dump water/fuel from the bowl once the primer gets hard so I bet it's not...
Older CTIS modules communicate with J1587. Newer one's support J1939. The DANA software supports both you just need any RP1210A protocol adapter.

It's almost certainly PTFE sealant - it does harden with age. Heat will help but also proper fitting tools and especially line wrenches if you can get them in there on the fitting - they don't round off brass fittings like that as easily.
