In the photos I saw they had them dbl stacked, never saw that before. If they sell them in place as stored I would look to the top stack. The bottom row I am sure there will be encloser and exhaust flapper damage. I think GL will also be involved because there were dozens of them on trailers.

Prices have gone way up on those shocks. I think I paid less than $40 back in 2011. But they work great, the brakes work so smooth that you forget the trailer is attached.

If the seller is the original purchaser of the trailer from the government you should be asking him if he had to fill out an EUC. Some trailers sold with EUCs and many did not. I would think you could pull it across the boarder if you had it pre-registered/tagged with Canadian plates and it had...
